Kelley Steven-Waiss
Chief Transformation Officer, ServiceNow

Kelley brings more than 25 years of executive management experience, with 13 years as a Chief Human Resources Officer in technology. She serves on the board of FormFactor,Inc. (NASDAQ: FORM) and was the Founder & CEO of Hitch Works, Inc. (acquired by ServiceNow). In March 2024, Kelley will be releasing her second book, Valley Girls: Lessons From Female Founders in the Silicon Valley and Beyond, in which she offers inspiration, role models, and a clear path to empower women to get into the game.

Devavrat Shah
Co-CEO & Co-Founder Ikigai Labs, Viterbi Professor of AI, MIT

Devavrat successfully combines academia and entrepreneurship. He co-founded Celect, a predictive analytics platform for retailers, which he sold to Nike. Devavrat holds a Bachelor and PhD in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology and Stanford University, respectively.
